Category 1: Design & File Requirements
What design file formats do you accept?
A:For the best printing results, we prefer editable vector files such as PDF, AI, EPS. We also accept high-resolution raster files like PSD, TIFF, JPG, PNG. Please ensure all images have a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
What is "Bleed"? Do I need to set it up?
A:"Bleed" is the area of your design that extends beyond the final cut line. This is essentialto prevent unsightly white edges on the finished product after cutting. We require your design files to include a 3mm bleedon all sides.
What is the "Safety Margin"?
A:The "Safety Margin" is the inner area where critical design elements (like text and logos) should be kept at least 3-5mm away from the trim line. This prevents important content from being accidentally cut off during the finishing process.
Can you provide design templates?
A:Absolutely! We provide templates for standard sizes of all our products (e.g., stand-up pouches, shrink sleeves). [Download Design Templates Here]. Using our templates ensures your design meets our production specifications.
I'm not good at design. Can you provide design services?
Yes! We have a professional in-house design team that can offer end-to-end services, from concept to final artwork. Whether you need simple logo adjustments or a completely new packaging design, we can help. [Learn About Our Professional Design Services]

What is the production process after I place an order?
